1. Acceptance

By creating a Vidshelf account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

Vidshelf is a personal YouTube inbox and knowledge management tool. It polls public YouTube RSS feeds and stores metadata about videos you choose to save. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service to scrape or bulk-download YouTube content.
Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent plan limits.
Use automated scripts to create accounts or abuse the free tier.

4. Billing

Pro plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial periods.

5. Your content

Notes and annotations you write belong to you. You grant us a limited license to store and display them solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vidshelf is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
